NEW COLOUR GUESTS

You will need to book in for a skin test 48 hrs before your hair colour appointment. This includes all toners.

EXISTING CLOUR GUESTS

You will also need to book in for a skin test 48 hrs before your hair colour appointment. This includes all toners.

If you fail to turn up for your skin test then unfortunately we will not be able to carry out your colour service. You will also loose any deposit paid as they are non refundable/transferrable.

WHY?

It really is in your best interest, the welfare of our guests comes before anything else. If we don't follow the guidelines, Establishment 57 and its members won't be insured.

DEPOSITS

A non refundable /non transferable deposit must be taken to secure every booking you make. This can range £6 - £30 depending on the service booked.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 48hrs notice.If you give any less than that then you will need to pay a 30% cancellation fee for you to be able to make a future appointment.

If you cancel your appointment on the day or fail to attend, then you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost in order to book any future appointments.

We are a time dictated industry, if you can't make your appointment, its not a problem, just let us know in plenty of time, someone else could be grateful of your slot!

PAYMENTS

We accept all major crediting debit cards.

We no longer accept cheques.

We can also take payments over the phone.

You can also make payments online.
