Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Commitment

Memberships run for a minimum of 12 months.
Payments are collected monthly via direct debit or card subscription.
 

Services Included

Each membership includes the specific services listed in your chosen package.
Services must be taken within the 12-month period; unused services do not roll over.
Services cannot be exchanged for other treatments or transferred to another person.
 

Appointments

​

Membership clients are responsible for booking their appointments in advance.
We recommend rebooking at the end of each visit to stay on track with your plan.
Missed or cancelled appointments will count as part of your membership.
 

Additional Services

Any services outside of your membership package can be booked and paid for separately at our standard price list.
Retail discounts apply only to Oway products purchased in salon.
 

Payments & Cancellation

Monthly payments are taken automatically.
If a payment fails, the membership will be paused until payments are up to date.
Early cancellation requires settlement of the value of services already received.
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
 

Member Perks

Perks such as Flowerfall rituals, priority booking, and retail discounts are available only while the membership is active.
Priority booking applies to peak periods (e.g. Christmas and summer).
 

Availability

Membership spaces are limited and offered at the salon’s discretion.
Establishment 57 reserves the right to update or withdraw memberships with notice.
